90 Day Transformational Program
Our 90 day weight loss program, co-created by renowned expert JJ Virgin and Health Coach Institute, offers a groundbreaking curriculum that uses our transformational coaching method and key concepts of the Sugar Impact Diet to help you take your health to the next level. You will learn how to identify sneaky sugars, crush sugar addiction, and shift from being a sugar burner to a fat burner. As your coach, not only will I work with you regarding those concepts, I will also help you identify your true desired outcome, and then help you learn how to achieve it.
What we will accomplish together is a lateral shift in your thinking, that allows you to make better decisions about your health and your body. At the end of 90 days, you will be making choices that lead to lasting habit change.
You will have access to the MBody 360 App that contains everything you need to succeed at your fingertips. The app includes a daily guide, shopping lists, recipe ideas, motivational tips, and access to Amy via private text.
Follow up sessions available by appointment should you decide to continue your journey following the completion of the program.
This program includes a 14 day cleanse designed to gently rid the body of toxic chemicals that have accumulated in your fat cells. These stored toxins cause your body to hold on to fat cells making it very difficult to lose weight. This program is the perfect platform to jump start your metabolism so that weight loss is possible.
The program includes:
- A step-by-step guide containing everything you will need to prepare, implement, and succeed on the cleanse.
